Build your laboratory equipment in the main console:

Use research center to gather Research points:

Evolve your monster with Evolve Station:

Dont forget to use Security Deck to also upgrade some stat mitigation items so the monster doesnt grow unstable:

Once the monster is unstable, you will see a red alarm. You have 20 seconds to avert the worst:
